Section 32(1) in The Daman And Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(1)Subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, the Administrator may, by notification in the Official Gazette, entrust to the Gram Panchayat the functions and duties of collecting the taxes, land revenue and other dues recoverable under specified scheme.
