(5)The Municipal Assessment Book may be printed and published for every ward of the Corporation and made available for sale to the public in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed :Provided that the publication shall not be kept pending for any cases in respect of which any objection or appeal has been filed under section 188 or section 189.
