Mr.   D.C.Dave,   learned   Senior   Advocate   with   Mr.  P.A.Jadeja,   learned   advocate   for   the   petitioner  states, upon instructions, that All India Council for  Technical   Education   (AICTE),   the   respondent   herein,  has   passed   an   order   dated   29/8/2015,   by   virtue   of  which,   the   prayer   sought   in   the   petition   stands  granted.   He   submits   that   the   grievance   of   the  petitioner, therefore, no longer survives.  A copy of  the order dated 29.08.2015 is taken on record.

Mr.   D.C.Dave,   learned   Senior   Advocate   submits  that the petition be disposed of, accordingly.
