Section 39(3) in Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority Regulations, 1999

(3)The secretary of the High Court Legal Services Committee or the Secretary of the District Authority or the Chairman of the Taluk Legal Services Committee, as the case may be, shall provide all assistance as may be necessary to the Lok Adalat.
