(2)The meeting convened for the aforesaid purpose, shall be presided over by the Deputy Commissioner, in the case of Class 'A' Municipal Council, and by the Deputy Commissioner or an officer not below the rank of an Extra Assistant Commissioner authorised by him, in the case of Class 'B' and Class 'C' Municipal Councils.
