Section 75(1) in The Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973
(1)The State Government may, by notification, delegate to any officer or authority subordinate to it all or any powers conferred on it by or under this Act other than the power to make rules.
