Section 8(1) in The Rajasthan Payment of Wages Rules, 1961
(1)All weights, measures or weighing machine which are use in checking or ascertaining the wages of persons employed in any factory shall be examined atleast biannualy by an Inspector who may prohibit the use of any weight, measure or weighing machine which he finds to register incorrectly.
