Section 3(2)(b) in The Jammu and Kashmir Ayurvedic and Unani Practitioners Act, 1959

(b)[twelve members] [Substituted 'seven members' by Jammu and Kashmir Act No. 17 of 2018, dated 17.9.2018.], of whom not less than four shall be persons holding a Certificate or Diploma in the [Ayurvedic, Unani, Sowa Rigpa (Amchi), Yoga and Naturopathy] [Substituted 'Ayurvedic or Unani' by Jammu and Kashmir Act No. 17 of 2018, dated 17.9.2018.] System, shall be elected by the Registered Practitioners from among themselves.
