Section 60 in The Bihar Motor Vehicles Rules, 1992
60. Preparation and submitting of returns of particulars of registration.
- The Registering Authority shall prepare and submit for the State Government a return containing such particulars in respect of motor vehicle registered by him as the State Government may direct. The registering authority may grant a copy of an extract from the return on payment at the rate of five rupees for particulars in respect of motor vehicles up to five and five rupees in respect of each additional number of five or less.
