WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Smt. Y.Anupama Devi, presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or directions more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Ist respondent not Considering the Representation of the petitioners and 5th respondents not Accepting the Ist year D.Ed Examination Fee from the petitioners and not issued Hall-Tickets for writing Ist year D.Ed.,Examination held on 5-11-2020 to 11-11-2020 by Press/Media Note Rc.No.18/Cl-1/2020 dated 28-10-2020 as being illegal, arbitrary, improper, unjust and violation of Articles 14,19,(1)(g) against Rules of Law, discriminatory , violative of Principles of natural justice, contrary to settled principles of law and consequently direct the respondents forthwith ratifying the petitioners names accepting the Examination Fee online from the petitioners for 1° year (2018-2020 batch) to issue Hall-Tickets through 6th respondent college for appearing Ist year D.Ed., Examination held on 5-11-2020 to 11-11-2020.
AND WHEREAS the High Court, upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt. Y.Anupama Devi, Advocate for the Petitioners and of G.P. for School Education representing learned Additional Advocate General for the Respondents 1 to 5, directed issue of notice to Respondents herein to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in the Writ Petition, You viz;
