State of Andhra Pradesh - Subsection

Section 17(5) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS REGISTRATION ACT, 1968

(5)A person whose name has been removed or deleted from the register under this section shall forthwith surrender his certificate of registration to the Registrar, and the name so removed or deleted shall be published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette.
