114. Adjudication of disputes between planning authorities.
- When any dispute exists between the planning authorities in regard to any matter arising under the provisions of this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder or any other law and the Government are of opinion that the planning authorities concerned are unable to settle it amicably among themselves, the Government may take cognizance of the dispute and decide it themselves and the decision of the Government thereon shall be final.
