4. [ Supply of books of Bus Journey Forms. [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 55, dated 18.6.2008 (w.e.f. 1.9.1989).]
- In each year, every pensioner member upto the age of 65 years shall be supplied by the Secretary four books each containing 'Pensioner Member Bus Journey Forms' with the foils in Appendix - B and a. pensioner member above the age of 65 year shall be supplied by the Secretary four books containing 'Pensioner Member above the age of 65 year and his attendant's Bus Journey Forms' with the foils in Appendix BB. Each book shall contain 50 Bus Journey Forms' serially numbered and until one book is exhausted the member shall not use the second books. At the end of every year the member shall return the Books to the Secretary and until the books are returned as aforesaid the Secretary shall not issue new books for the next year.]
