Section 48(4) in THE THUNCHATH EZHUTHACHAN MALAYALAM UNIVERSITY ACT, 2013
(4)Subject to the provisions of sub-sections (1) and (3) the procedure to be followedfor making, amending or repealing Ordinances shall be as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
