Section 7 in Uttar Pradesh Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas Act, 2007
7. Exemption.
- Where the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, it may, by notification, exempt subject to such conditions and restrictions as may be specified in the notifications, any goods or class of goods from levy of tax, or class of dealers from the payment of the tax.**** See Notification No. 2064 dated 30.6.2008.
