Section 17 in The West Bengal Livestock Improvement Act, 1954
17. Power of entry.
- The Livestock Officer or any person authorised by him in writing under section 15 or section 16 may enter any premises, after informing an adult male person resident or in charge of such premises, at any time between sunrise and sunset for the purpose of inspecting, branding or tattooing or inoculating or vaccinating any bulls, cows or calves.
