Section 8 in The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009
8. Protection of action taken under the Act.
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall be maintained against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any Rules made thereunder.(2)No suit or other legal proceeding shall be maintained against the State for any damage caused, or likely to be caused, or any injury suffered or likely to be suffered by virtue of any provision of the Act or by anything in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made thereunder.
