Section 56(2) in The Tamil Nadu Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1957
(2)No panelling of walls with wood and other combustible materials for decorative and other purposes in the cinema building shall be permitted:Provided that in cinema building in which such panelling has already been effected, the combustible materials with which the panelling has been effected shall be treated with fire-resistant paints [or varnish] [Inserted by G.O.
