Section 7(1) in The Maharashtra Educational Institutions (Management) Act, 1976
(1)On the appointment of an Administrator, the Management of the institution, the management of which has been taken over under section 3, shall forthwith hand over the management of the institution to the Administrator and all papers and property of the institution in its possession or under its control (being papers and property which in the opinion of the Director is essential or necessary for the management of the institution).
