Section 20(2) in Assam Co-Operative Societies Act, 2007
(2)Where admission for membership is refused under sub-section (l), the decision with the reasons thereof, shall be communicated to such applicant within ninety days from the date of application. If nothing is communicated within the period of ninety days specified above the admission shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Board.
