- Notwithstanding anything contrary in the decision, decree or order of a Court or Rules or instructions, the Bihar Secretariat Service is constituted inplace of Joint Cadre of Assistants of Secretariat and attached offices. The Assistants and holders of higher posts of Joint Cadre of Assistants of Secretariat and attached offices appointed and promoted earlier shall be deemed to be automatically the members of the Bihar Secretariat Service.
