Section 27(1) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(1)For children in urgent need of care and protection, such as street children and run-away children, the State Government shall support creation of requisite number of shelter homes or dropin-centres through the voluntary organizations.
