120. Transfer of officers and other employees.
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, or in any other law for the time being in force, the Government shall have the power to transfer any officer or employee of one Corporation to another.(2)The Government shall have the power to issue such general or special direction as they may deem necessary for the purpose of giving due effect to any transfer made under Sub-section (1).
