39. Submission of returns.
(1)Every person granted a license under this chapter shall submit a monthly return to the Chief Wild Life Warden or the authorised Officer consisting of a true copy of the entries made by him in the relevant register referred to in Rule 38 during the course of month duly certified and signed by the licensee, as true copy of such entries.(2)The return under sub-rule (1) shall be submitted by the 10th of the month following the month to which the return relates.
