- In section 5 of the principal Act,-(i)for the words "But nothing", the word "Nothing" shall be substituted;(ii)for the words "And any creditor", the words "Every creditor" shall be substituted;(iii)for the words "if the latter had obtained", the words "if that person had obtained" shall be substituted.
