Section 10(1) in Tamil Nadu Inams (Assessment) Act, 1956
(1)The State Government may [Legislative Assembly agrees] [Substituted for 'both Houses agree' by paragraph 3(2) of the Tamil Nadu Adaptation of Laws Order, 1987.] make rules to carry out the purpose of this Act.
