Section 77 in Sikkim Co-Operative Societies Act, 1955
77. Cognizance of offence.
(1)No court inferior to that of a Magistrate of the second class shall try any offence under this Act.(2)No prosecution for an offence under this Act shall be instituted without the previous sanction of the Registrar.(3)Offences under this Act may be tried summarily.
