Section 13 in The Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2016
13. Pay of members of the Service appointed to hold more than one post.
- The grant of additional pay to a member of the Service appointed to hold more than one post simultaneously shall be regulated in the following manner,-(a)in the case of a member of the Service serving in connection with the affairs of the Union, by the rules, regulations and orders applicable to officers of the Central Services, Group 'A';(b)in the case of a member of the Service serving in connection with the affairs of a State, by the rules, regulations and orders applicable to officers of State Forest Services, Class I.
