Section 4(1)(a) in Bihar Lift Irrigation Act, 1956

(a)a period which shall not less than thirty days from the date of such publication, during which any person whose interests are likely to be affected by the proposed declaration, may present in writing to the Collector any petition of objection to such declaration; and
