51. Appeal.
- Any person aggrieved by the order of the competent authority refusing to grant a certificate or revoking a certificate or refusing to renew the certificate may, within a period of 30 days, prefer an appeal to the State Government against such refusal or revocation:Provided that the State Government may entertain an appeal after the expiry of the said period of 30 days if it is satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not filing it within the period of 30 days.Chapter - VII Commissioner for Persons With Disabilities
