Section 11(2) in National Housing Bank Employees (Conduct) Regulations, 1994
(2)In relation to an employee who officiates in a higher grade or post which is not a grade or post of a 'workman' as aforesaid, this regulation shall apply for so long as such employee officiates in such higher grade or post.
