AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral)

This petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay Mewat Allowance to the petitioner for the period from 14.09.2015 till date.

Learned counsel states that in this connection the petitioner has also moved a Legal Notice dated 23.12.2016 (Annexure P-5) to the respondents and at this stage he would be satisfied if this Legal Notice is decided by the respondent No.2 within any reasonable time.

I find this to be a fair submission. Keeping in view the plight as portrayed, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the said legal notice of the 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 08-07-2017 11:43:10 ::: CWP No.775 of 2017 -2- petitioner and pass a speaking order thereon within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

Since the main case has been decided, the pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
