Section 38 in The Tamil Nadu Beedi Industrial Premises (Regulation of Conditions of Work) Act, 1958

38. Central Acts not to apply to beedi industrial premises.

- On and from the date on which this Act comes into force, the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act XLIII of 1948), and the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947 (Tamil Nadu Act XXXVI of 1947), shall cease to apply to beedi industrial premises.
