Section 5(1) in Tamil Nadu Village Panchayats (Receipts and Expenditure and Maintenance of the Accounts of Village Panchayats) Rules, 2000
(1)The fee payable in respect of every licence or permission granted under the Act or any rule or regulations made thereunder, shall be collected in advance when the application for the licence or permission is presented.
