Section 76(3) in Gujarat State Council for Physiotherapy Rules, 2013
(3)On receipt of the person under sub rule (2) the council shall consider and may decide.(a)to file the papers,(b)to exonerate the registered practitioner of the charge; or(c)to direct an inquiry to be held as laid down in Rules 73 to 79.
