Section 118 in The Multi-State Co-Operative Societies Act, 2002
118. Indemnity.—
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Central Registrar or, any person subordinate to him or acting on authority or against any other person, in respect of anything in good faith done or purporting to have been done under this Act.
