State of Kerala - Section

Section 1 in Kerala Police Act, 2011

1. Short title, extent and commencement. –

(1)This Act may be called the Kerala Police Act, 2011.
(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Kerala.
(3)It shall come into force at once.
