Section 539(f) in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(f)subject to the conditions for limitations specified elsewhere in other provisions of, this Act, the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to every disposal of property belonging to the Corporation made under or for any purpose of this Act;
