Section 30(2) in The Orissa Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation Act, 1980
(2)The provisions of the Orissa Town Planning and Improvement Trust Act, 1956 (Orissa Act 10 of 1957), shall not apply to the premises belonging to or vested in the Corporation or to any industrial estate for a period of ten years from the date of commencement of this Act.
