Section 54(3) in Chhattisgarh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2006
(3)Children above compulsory school age who wish to continue their education shall be permitted and encouraged to do so, and every effort shall be made to provide them with access to appropriate educational programmes.
