Section 4(2)(b) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Town Planning Act, 1963

(b)to provide, with the consent of the owners, that two or more original plots, each of which is held in ownership in severalty or in joint ownership, shall thereafter, with or without alteration of boundaries, be held in ownership, in common as reconstituted plot;
