Section 1(2) in Karnataka Ayurvedic, Naturopathy, Siddha, Unani And Yoga Practitioners' Registration And Medical Practitioners' Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1961
(2)It extends to the whole of the [State of Karnataka] [Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order, 1973 w.e.f. 01.11.1973]. (3) (a) Chapters I and II of this Act shall come into force at once in the whole of the [State of Karnataka] [Adapted by the Karnataka Adaptations of Laws Order, 1973 w.e.f. 01.11.1973]; and (b) Chapter III shall come into force on such [date] [Chapter III of the Act came into force on 01.02.1973 by notification] as the State Government may by notification appoint.
