(2)The financial liabilities of the Board in relation to the employees absorbed by the Corporation on account of the matters referred to in sub-section (1) for the service rendered under the Board shall be computed till the date immediately preceding the date of vesting of the Power Station with the Corporation and the amount shall be paid to the Corporation as soon as the employees are absorbed.
