Section 105(1) in Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016
(1)There shall be a selection committee for making recommendations of suitable candidates for appointment to the posts of-(a)Deans;(b)Directors of Sub-Campuses of the university;(c)Registrar;(d)Director, Board of Examinations and Evaluation;(e)Finance and Accounts officer;(f)Director of Sports and Physical Education;(g)Director of Innovation, Incubation and Linkages;(h)Director of Lifelong Learning and Extension.
