Section 3(e) in Bihar Centenary Journalism Award Rules, 2012
(e)Lifetime Achievement Journalism Award- Recognizing their important achievements, this Award will be conferred to one of those electronic or print media journalists who reside in Bihar and have put in a minimum period of 30 years in the field of journalism and have made outstanding contribution in reporting on economic social, cultural and other developmental matters. A sum of two lakhs along with an Angwastram and a citation will be granted under this Award.
