9C. Power to exempt.
- If the Government are satisfied that any Local Library Authority is not a position to repay the amounts referred to in section 9-B the Government may, by order, exempt whether prospectively or retrospectively and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order. such Local Library Authority from the repayment of whole or part of such amounts referred to in that section.
