Section 24(a) in The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Amendment) Act, 2002
(a)in sub- section (1),-(i)for the words" Presiding Officer of a Securities Appellate Tribunal", the words" the Presiding Officer or any other Member of a Securities Appellate Tribunal" shall be substituted;(ii)in the proviso, for the words" the said Presiding Officer", the words" the Presiding Officer or any other Member" shall be substituted;
