(7)In case there is any contradiction between the provisions of the juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of children) Act, 2000 (as amended in 2006) and the Rule framed there under on the one hand and other provisions of the Bihar Police Act, 2007 or any other Rules made there under or any Manual or Official Directions, it shall be decided in the best interest of the child.
