14. Determination on vacancies.
- The appointing authority shall determine the number of vacancies to be filled during the course of the year as also the number of vacancies to be reserved for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and other categories under Rule 6. The vacancies to be filed by direct recruitment shall be notified to the Employment Exchange, in accordance with the rules and orders for the time being in force.
