Section 6(b) in Gujarat Surviving Alienations Abolition Act, 1963
(b)save as expressly provided by or under this Act, all rights legally subsisting on the said day under such alienations and all other incidents of such alienatione (including any right to hold office, or any liability to render service appertaining to an alienation) shall be and are hereby extinguished;
